So far today I've walked at least for an hour and a half in the heat running errands....
All I've eaten so far is one apple and a bowl of cornflakes with half a banana sliced up. And some green tea. Its 4:00. I just don't have much of an appetite. Total about 200 calories I've eaten today... so far
Yesterday was good also, busy busy busy with school and work. I had some green tea, a cup of noodles (300) and a vivanno starbucks shake (290). And a nibble of a piece of fresh baked garlic bread with balsamic vinegar on it. (80?) so total intake was around 670. Drank lots of water. And took my dog out for a walk for about 45 minutes in the evening to burn off some more calories.
I've been slacking off on the counting of intake and outtake, but it has not caught up to me. I just have a better understanding of the caloric content of foods and activities I'm doing so I don't really have to write it down,
Dinner with parents tonight should be some salmon and salad. Not too dangerous.
